PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate processing before and after slitting relative to positional shift of a tape for a mark and reduce generation of a master roll to be discarded, in a slitter device for slitting a band-shaped base material delivered from a winding body into a plurality of rows in the width direction and winding up the material on winding shafts staggeredly vertically arranged. SOLUTION: The slitter device is characterized by roller arrangement having fixed length of a route from a winding up portion 1 to winding bodies 7, 8 arranged staggeredly vertically.
