SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 100 comprises: a distance information acquisition unit 103 for acquiring a value relating to a distance to a base station device 200; a repetition times determination unit 104 for determining the number of times of uplink repetitions that is the number of times of repeatedly transmitting the same uplink user data to a radio base station on the basis of the acquired value relating to the distance; and a first data transmission unit for transmitting the uplink user data to the radio base station in accordance with the determined number of times of uplink repetitions.
