PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device, the assembling workability of which is improved and the structure of which is simplified. SOLUTION: The imaging device has an imaging unit 100 including an imaging element 130 and also including a control board 120 where the imaging element 130 is mounted, and also has a shutter unit 1 including a blade 30 for adjusting the amount of light entering the imaging element 130 and also including an actuator for driving the blade 30. The shutter unit 1 includes a terminal section 80L electrically connected to a coil 70L of the actuator. The terminal section 80L protrudes to the outside of the shutter unit 1 and is electrically connected to the control board 120. The terminal section 80L and the imaging unit 100 have a hole 81L and a protrusion 181L, respectively, in order to position themselves relative to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
