摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass substrate equipped with a protection circuit which avoids the occurrence of destruction of TFT and the variation of operating voltage, even if a large electrostatic charge arises, and when cut, securely prevents the generation of leak current etc. SOLUTION: A glass substrate 1 used for an electromagnetic wave detection apparatus 40 includes: a plurality of scanning lines 3 and a plurality of signal lines 4 which intersect mutually on one plane 2a; photoelectric converting elements 5 provided in respective regions R divided by the scanning lines 3 and the signal lines 4; thin film transistors 6 to which the signal wires 4, the scanning lines 3, drain electrodes 62, and gate electrodes 63, provided in the regions R, respectively, are connected; input output terminals 8 respectively formed on the plurality of scanning lines 3 and the plurality of signal wires 4, being outside of a detecting portions D constituted of the regions R in which the photoelectric converting elements 5 are formed; conductor wires 9 respectively led out in the further outside of each input output terminal 8a; and a protecting circuit 11 constituted of common wires 10 which respectively interconnect the conductor wires 9 in the outside of input output terminals 8.
