PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a sign of the occurrence of an accident caused by the deterioration of driving performance by drunken driving which is prohibited, medicine ingestion driving, doze while sleeping due to overwork, driving at an old age, and driving with health problems, to ensure road safety by preventing the occurrence of the accident, and especially to eradicate drunken driving. SOLUTION: The automobile with the safety drive diagnosing system: authenticates an individual; measures prompt instantaneous power from eyesight to limbs, and the drive concentration performance and the drive estimation performance of a brain which are required for safety driving; diagnoses that by comparing on the basis of normal time, computes and determines whether the driving performance is obstructed; and stops self-traveling by locking a start switch when safety driving performance is remarkably deteriorated.
