<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management system which provides a user who already downloaded valid content with a mechanism capable of downloading the same content doubly. <P>SOLUTION: A system for delivering content checks whether or not the content which is about to be purchased by the user is the same content which is in a validity term and is already downloaded by the user.
