<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a communication system which can detect the type of a connection apparatus without requiring a complicated labor by only a single connector part, and can enhance a convenience; an electronic apparatus; and a communication method. <P>SOLUTION: A communication cable 130 includes: a first signal wire 131 which is driven at a predetermined voltage by a transmitter; and second signal wires 132, 133 which are driven at a predetermined voltage by a receiver. Electronic apparatuses 101, 102 have detection control parts 113, 123 which detect a voltage of the first signal wire 131 or a voltage of the second signal wire 132 or 133 connectable to the connector part to determine whether the electronic apparatus on the connection mating side is the receiver or transmitter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
