<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a registration operation for achieving operations in an old and a new organizations when a department configuration is changed by a staff reassignment. <P>SOLUTION: A description of an attribute value of the old organization required for taking over operation etc. is beforehand defined as a keeping description on an extension of time policy table (3-2). In the case of an input of transfer information (5), a policy evaluation section (1-2) generates new account information which indicates the attribute value in the new organization, and compares the old account information which shows the attribute value in the old organization stored in an ID administration repository (2) and new account information. An extension of a time evaluation section (1-3) judges whether different attribute value agrees in the keeping description, and specifies the keeping time limit when agreeing in keeping description. A user information synchronizer (1-4) stores the new account information and the attribute value concerned in the ID administration repository and a repository for a verification form (A) (4-1), etc. If the keeping time limit expires, a user information synchronizer eliminates the attribute value of the old organizations, such as the ID administration repository (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
