<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform account transfer applications with simple procedures, while reducing development man-hours in a receiving enterprise system. <P>SOLUTION: A payer terminal device 20 reads a bar code 11 printed on an account 10, and transmits the bar code information to a bar code settlement center device 30. The bar code information includes information on an enterprise to be paid, a service to be paid and a user of the service. The bar code settlement center device 30 transmits an account receiving request to a financial institution device 40 of a financial institution selected by the payer among financial institutions associated with the receiving institution. The financial institution device 40 receives individual authentication information from the payer terminal device 20, performs authentication, and then receives the information on an account for performing account transfer and registers the information. When receiving the account information registered in the financial institution device 40, the bar code settlement center device 30 notifies an enterprise system 50 held by the receiving institution of the bar code information and the account information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
