<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method and a simulation device, capable of performing simulation related with production even when detail data are not prepared. <P>SOLUTION: This simulation device includes a modeling processing part 2 for converting initial conditions analog-input by a condition input part 1 into digitally modeled conditions which can be used for simulation. A threshold processing part 14 divides the input initial conditions into levels based on gradually set thresholds, and converts the initial conditions into conditions preliminarily applied to levels to which the initial conditions are belonging.
