<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing color filter capable suppressing color irregularity, uneven density and stripe irregularity on respective parts. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing color filter 1 includes an ink supplying step in which ink is supplied to a cell 14 on a substrate 12 on the basis of a drawing data. The ink supplying step is performed by: ejecting droplets of the ink from a nozzle of a droplet ejection head according to an inkjet method on the basis of the drawing data; supplying the ink to the cells on a substrate for test; detecting the amount of the ink in each cell 14 on the substrate for test; performing periodically a correction data preparation step in which correction data to be used for adjusting the number of droplets of the ink supplied to the cells 14 so that the amount of the ink in each cell 14 in the substrate 11 becomes a target amount on the basis of the detection result; correcting the drawing data by the correction data; and using the drawing data after the correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
