PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load detection sensor for a vehicle seat capable of showing high reliability. SOLUTION: This load detection sensor 10 for the vehicle seat interposed between an upper rail 16 for fixing the seat 11 on a vehicle floor 12 and a frame 17, for measuring the load of an occupant seated on the seat 11, is equipped with a strain element 20 having strain gages G1, G2, for detecting a stain generated by the load of the occupant seated on the seat 11 by the strain gages G1, G2; and FRC 28 for transferring a strain detected by the strain gages G1, G2 to an external output member. The FPC 28 has curved parts 71a, 71b comprising each arc shape and straight line parts 71c, 71d, 71e comprising each straight line, which are provided between the strain gages G1, G2 and the external output member.
