PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable building layout having an air conditioning machine room and a room for performing the exhaust of air higher in temperature than outside air to effectively use the waste heat of the room for performing the exhaust of air higher in temperature than the outside air. SOLUTION: In the building layout having the room for performing exhaust of air higher in temperature than the outside air (electric room 2), the air conditioning machine room 1 in which an outside air regulator 11 is set, and an outside air taking hood 3 provided in the air conditioning machine room 1, the air conditioning machine room 1 is provided adjacent to the room (electric room 2) so as to introduce and mix both the outside air and the high-temperature exhaust air to and in the outside air intake hood 3 provided in the air conditioning machine room 1 and then introduce the resulting air to the outside air regulator 11.
