PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output switch device for reliably communicating to people in a store an emergency earthquake report even in the store where BGM and the like are broadcast and enabling people in the store to take appropriate measures without panicking them. SOLUTION: The voice output switch device 1 normally outputs a voice signal input to an external input part 6 through a voice output part 8. Also, on receiving an emergency earthquake report by the tuner part 3, the voice output switch device 1 switches the voice signal to be output through the voice output part 8 to radio broadcast being received by the tuner part 3. When a reset button of an operation part 9 is operated, the voice output switch device 1 outputs the voice signal input to the external input part 6 through the voice output part 8.
