PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the detection sensitivity of the haplotype of a target nucleic acid having at least two SNP sites. SOLUTION: This method for detecting the haplotype of a target nucleic acid, having at least two SNP sites, includes disposing two or more probe-containing spots that correspond to all the combinations of at least two SNP sites on a carrier, subjecting to a hybridization reaction with a specimen, and then adding a process for treating with an exonuclease, thereby further improving the detection sensitivity.
