An apparatus for preventing drying an edge of textile, and a fabric manufacturing apparatus having the same are provided to prevent winding of the textile of which edge part is rolled. An apparatus(300) for preventing drying an edge of textile comprises the followings: a frame(310) installed at an adjacent part of the edge of the textile; a first and a second tension controlling members(320) combined on either side of the bottom and the top of the frame; a first and a second tension bars(330) connected with the first and the second tension controlling members; and a tension control screw(340) operating and connected with the first and the second tension controlling members.
