TENSION CONTROL DEVICE OF YARN SUPPLIER AND THE METHOD FOR THE SAME

An apparatus for control tension of a yarn supplier and a method thereof are provided to increase tension properly by winding the yarns using a return roll in case the tension of the yarns is below allowable tension after detecting the tension supplied into a loom. An apparatus(1) for control tension of an original yarn supplier comprises the followings: a body(2) located on a movement route of the yarn and prepared between a bobbin and a loom; a supply unit(5) having a supply roll(4) and prepared on a yarn supply side of the body; an inflow unit consisting of a roller roll(6) and a rotational direction detecting sensor; a first tension unit(14) consisting of a rotating unit(10), a tension roll(12), and an angle sensor; and a tension control unit consisting of a return roll(16) winding or unwinding the yarns with a motor(15) and prepared on a yarn movement route between the first tension unit and the supply unit.
