<p>It is an object to provide a device that analyzes a life property obtained by performing an acceleration test using a temperature and humidity as a parameter to estimate life. In a method for estimating the remaining life of a test weighting instrument, an acceleration test on at least two parameters including a temperature and humidity for a sample of a test weighting instrument (100) is performed to obtain acceleration test data about the ratio of failure to stress, Weibull analysis is performed for the acceleration test data to estimate a life property in a normal use, the at least two parameters in an environment in which the test weighting instrument is set is actually measured to obtain measurement data of cumulative stress, and the remaining life of the test weighting instrument is estimated from the life property and the measurement data. An instrument employing such method is also provided.</p> |
