<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the baking method of a diffusion layer-forming material having short baking time compared with the conventional method and high energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for baking the diffusion layer forming material 10 formed by applying a paste material 15 having particles including at least conductive particles 11 and hydrophobic particles 13 and a volatile solution in which a surfactant is dissolved to a substrate 14 contains at least: a step A of producing gas G by vaporizing at least the surfactant in the volatile solution from the surface of the paste material 15; and a step B of burning the vaporized gas G on the surface of the paste material 15 by heating to the ignition point of the vaporized gas G in the atmosphere containing at least oxygen gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
