<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control system that prevents the deterioration of security capability. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle control system is so designed as to receive the transmission of a driving directions for a prescribed on-vehicle apparatus, based on the operation of a mobile terminal on the part of a vehicle user, and to control the driving of the prescribed on-vehicle apparatus in conformity to the received driving directions. The system includes: a signal transmitting means that transmits a transmission-requiring signal to a detection area set in advance outside the vehicle; a signal receiving means that receives a return signal transmitted by the mobile terminal in compliance with the transmission-request signal transmitted by the signal transmitting means; and an apparatus driving control means that prohibits the driving of the prescribed on-vehicle apparatus, even if the driving directions transmitted from the mobile terminal is received while the return signal is not received yet by the signal receiving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
