<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system, an information provision device and an information provision method, allowing proper decision of information to be provided according to a user. <P>SOLUTION: This information provision system has: a mobile communication center 5 controlling communication of a portable terminal device 1; and the information provision device 9 providing the information to the portable terminal device 1.
