<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of preventing an engine stall in a creep state in a variable displacement pump/motor transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The variable displacement pump/motor transmission includes a relief valve for setting a relief pressure to specify an upper limit pressure of the a pressure passage by discharging pressure from the high pressure passage between the pump and the motor, a load detection means (steps S6, S7) for detecting a road load or data corresponding to the road load when a transmission mounted vehicle is maintained in a traveling state or a stop state by creep torque output from the transmission, a creep control means (step S13) to increase the relief pressure so that creep torque exceeds the road load, and a relief pressure reduction means (step S14) for reducing the relief pressure when the creep torque is less than the road load, and the relief pressure increased by the creep control means is not less than a predetermined reference pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
