PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear bank system which can perform dubbing to an arbitrary VTR without requiring alteration of wire connection such as reconnection of cables. SOLUTION: A dubbing process is added by using a material recording/preview system principally including matrix switchers in a nonlinear bank system, and angle of view conversion or sound mapping is performed at the time of recording by using an up-converter, a down-converter, VBI/ANC conversion, and a sound processor.
