PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device that enables to easily regenerate defective products by making a transparent member easily peelable. SOLUTION: A space part is configured such that an interval between a package 103 and a face, facing the package, of a transparent member 106 is larger than a thickness of an adhesive layer 105. One or more space parts are formed on the outer peripheral part of the adhesive layer between the package 103 and the transparent member 106 at least on one side of the package. The space part is formed by a tapered shape of the package face or by a stepped shape of the package face. By this structure, a blade having a sharp tip is inserted into the adhesive layer from the space part so as to cause a start of peeling-off of the adhesive layer, thereby allowing peeling-off of the transparent member without breaking it.
