摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately acquire myocardial perfusion images in a shorter time without increasing a contrast medium injection amount to a subject and exposure by X-rays. SOLUTION: A transformation table acquiring means obtains a transformation table for transforming information representing a concentration of a contrast medium in a myocardium into a blood flow value image of the myocardium based on a CT image gathered in a concentration transition period defined to be a period of continuously injecting the contrast medium to the object until the injected contrast medium reaches the myocardium immediately after starting the injection, increases and is turned to the state where it can be considered that it reaches a fixed value further. A blood flow information acquisition means obtains information representing the concentration of the contrast medium in the myocardium of the object based on the CT image gathered after the end of the concentration transition period. A blood flow image generation means generates a blood flow value image in the myocardium from the information representing the concentration of the contrast medium in the myocardium on the basis of the transformation table.
