PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop switching operation by a simple constitution when a load connected to a stabilization power supply circuit is short-circuited. SOLUTION: The switching power supply device 100 includes: Zener diodes ZD31, ZD32 which bring output terminals corresponding to DC voltage VO1, VO2 into conductive states when voltage values of the DC voltage VO1, VO2 are higher than a Zener voltage; an overcurrent protection circuit 131 which makes a switching part 12 stop the generation of the DC voltages when an overcurrent exceeding a preset current threshold flows to a secondary winding 23 of a transformer 2; and a diode D3 which is connected to the output end of a regulator 32 at its one end, also connected between voltage-dividing resistors R41, R42 at the other end, and sets an orientation to the regulator 32 from the voltage-dividing resistors R41, R42 to be a forward direction.
