PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damper capable of suppressing the occurrence of fine wrinkles in a viscoelastic body due to the repeated damping deformation of the viscoelastic body and of effectively delaying the occurrence and growth of cracking by suppressing the occurrence of permanent deformation. SOLUTION: In this vibration damper, a pair of mounting members 1, 2 connected to a structure are connected to each other through the viscoelastic body 3.
