PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device of excellent transfer efficiency, capable of preventing irregular transfer such as image omission and toner scattering, and having excellent separation performance. SOLUTION: This color image forming device 100 is provided with a primary transfer part 101 provided with a plurality of image forming units 1-4 provided with photoreceptor drums 1a-4a, and an intermediate transfer belt 5, and for transferring a plurality of toner images to the intermediate transfer belt 5, and a secondary transfer part 102 for transferring the toner images transferred to the intermediate transfer belt 5, to a transfer body P, the secondary transfer part 102 is provided with a secondary transfer roller 20 arranged inside the intermediate transfer belt 5 in a secondary transfer position P2, a secondary transfer belt 8, and a secondary transfer opposed roller 21 arranged oppositely to the secondary transfer roller 20 in the secondary transfer position P2, and a transfer voltage having the same polarity same to that of charged toner is impressed to a secondary transfer opposed roller 21 side from the secondary transfer roller 20 side, when secondary-transferred.
