PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for information display of a low power consumption type, capable of displaying a moving image and a still image separately on one screen. SOLUTION: The panel 3 for information display is composed of a still image display part 1 and a moving image display part 2, wherein the still image display part is constituted with a passive driving method and the moving image display part is constituted with an active driving method. Therein, as a preferable mode, at least the still image display part 1 is constituted of such a panel that a (bistable) display medium having display memory property is filled between two sheets of flexible substrates at least one of which is transparent, the display medium is electrically driven and, thereby, an image or the like is displayed thereon.
