PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flocculant for a ready-mixed concrete for agglomerating a surplus ready-mixed concrete in a drum and preventing the fluidity of a ready-mixed concrete newly charged into the drum from being lowered and a method for processing a ready-mixed concrete. SOLUTION: The flocculant for a ready-mixed concrete containing a polymer absorber as a dispersant which is selected from the group consisting of polyacrylics, polyvinylalcohols, polysaccharides and proteins and capable of absorbing water in a dispersive medium such as an organic solvent and an aqueous salt solution which does not dissolve the polymer absorber is mixed with a surplus ready-mixed concrete and discharged.
