PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for lifting to stably lift a concrete panel such as an outer wall panel in a stood state. SOLUTION: This tool 10 for lifting is constituted of an engaging member 11 engaged to channel steel 4 with a lip buried in the panel 1 and a latching member 12 mounted on the engaging member 11 to latch a hoisting tool W such as a crane wire. The engaging member 11 is provided with a base material 20 covered to stretch over external surfaces of a pair of lip pieces 5 exposed to the surface of the panel 1 in the channel steel 4, a locking material 21 inserted into a groove part of the channel steel 4 and made to abut to stretch over internal surfaces of the pair of lip pieces 5 and a rotary shaft 22 rotatably passed through and supported by the base material 20 and fixed with the locking material 21.
