PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mainly suppress the generation of a reaction force at emergency to the minimum. SOLUTION: A box body 3 of a console box 2 is divided to a drop-off scheduled part 15 positioned near an adjacent part 9 and a fixed part 16 other than the scheduled part. In usual use, the fixed part 16 and the drop-off scheduled part 15 are integrally combined, and at emergency, the drop-off scheduled part 15 contacting with the adjacent part 9 can be separated and dropped off from the fixed part 16.
