PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation device such as a carry bag device capable of stably performing both of flat ground conveying and stairs lifting with a light burden. SOLUTION: The carry bag device is provided with a carry bag 10 and a crawler 20. The carry bag 10 has a bag body 11; a caster 12 provided on its lower end; and a grip 13 provided on its upper end. The crawler 20 is connected to the bag body 11 a first position at flat ground traveling and a second position at stairs lifting by a connection means 30. The crawler 20 is accompanied with the bag body 11 at the first position, and when the bag body 11 stands up, it is positioned above a lower end of the caster 12. Thereby, flat ground conveying can be performed through the caster 12. When the crawler 20 is positioned at the second position, its intermediate part is connected to the lower end part of the bag body 11 and is inclined to the bag body 11.
