PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner member that easily fits on a last and excels in flexing durability, and also to provide a shoe using the same. SOLUTION: The shoe 2 includes an upper 4, a sole part 6, and an inner member 16. The inner member 16 is formed by connecting three or more waterproof sheets 30, 32, 34 and one or more mesh sheets 36. The waterproof sheets include a right side sheet 30 constituting the right side face 22 of the inner member and a part of the sole face 26, a left side sheet 32 constituting the left side face 24 of the inner member 16 and a part of the sole face 26, and an upper side sheet 34 constituting the upper face 28 of the inner member 16. The mesh sheet 36 constitutes the upper face 28 of the inner member 16 together with the upper side sheet 34, and is connected to the front of the upper side sheet 34.
