PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking clean sheet removing various germs on the surface of a chopping board or odor of cooked materials by laying a disposable type sheet for keeping clean on the chopping board in cooking. SOLUTION: This sheet for chopping boards is disposed after finishing one step of the cooking, when the next cooking step is a new cooked material, a new sheet for the chopping boards is laid on the chopping board, the sheet for the chopping board is formed by clamping inner moisture- and oil-absorbent paper 3 between a surface seal cover 2 and a back-side seal cover 3 in a sandwich state, the surface of the back-side seal cover 3 has a nonslip function on the chopping board and, when the surface seal cover is cut by a kitchen knife during the cooking, a juice of the cooked material is absorbed by the inner moisture- and oil-absorbent paper through a cut, so that a user can determine whether using the sheet further or changing it for a new sheet by observing the soiled state of the moisture- and oil-absorbent paper so as to constantly perform the cooking in a clean condition.
