Disclosed is an apparatus for moving sludge, including a sludge supply unit (310) for supplying the introduced sludge, a compressed air supply unit (320) for supplying compressed air, and a sludge transport unit (330) for periodically extruding the sludge supplied through the sludge supply unit and the compressed air supplied through the compressed air supply unit together so that the sludge is transported in a state in which the sludge and the compressed air are alternately charged in a transport pipe connected to an outlet at an end thereof. The sludge is periodically extruded along with the compressed air, and thus the sludge can be transported in a state in which the sludge and the compressed air are alternately charged in the long transport pipe, thereby easily transporting the sludge to a predetermined waste loading place using a smaller extruding force and a reduced cost.
