<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of improving display quality by stably performing writing processing of an image signal and mobility correction processing without being affected by fluctuations of gate potential of a driving transistor due to capacitance coupling upon the completion of threshold correction processing. <P>SOLUTION: Peak values of writing pulses WS1, WS2 when writing a reference potential Vofs are set to be lower than the peak value of a writing pulse WS0 when writing a signal voltage Vsig of an image signal and, thereby, a fluctuation of the gate potential Vg of the driving transistor due to capacitance coupling upon the falling of writing pulse WS after writing the reference potential Vofs is reduced, so as to restrain the gate potential Vg to a potential substantially equal to the reference potential Vofs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
