PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support server correctly confirming the understanding level of a student taking a course without affected by the character or education of the student taking the course or lecture time.

SOLUTION: The support server 1 includes: an obtaining means (trainee information obtaining part 111) for obtaining information of a trainee regarding lectures including at least education contents of a class and an education course; creation means (trainee understanding level information creation part 112 and lecturer support information creation part 113) for creating picture information to be displayed on a terminal of a lecturer performing a lecture based on the information of the trainee obtained by the obtaining means; and a means (input/output means 13) for sending and displaying the picture information created by the creation means to and on the terminal of the lecturer who performs the lecture.
