<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat laminate obtained by forming a hard coat layer on a supporting material formed from a thermoplastic resin composition containing a polymer having a lactone ring unit or a glutaric acid anhydride unit, capable of maintaining a high transparency even under a state having various environmental changes, and further having a high surface hardness and a low curl. <P>SOLUTION: This hard coat laminate having the hard coat layer formed from a hard coat layer-forming coating composition on the supporting material formed from the thermoplastic resin composition is provided, wherein the thermoplastic resin composition contains the polymer having the lactone ring unit or glutaric acid anhydride unit, also the hard coat layer-forming coating composition contains at least components (a), (b) and (c), and does not substantially contain an organic solvent. Component (a) is a curable compound having three or more polymerizable groups within the same molecule. Component (b) is a polymerization initiator.
