PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage warehouse facility capable of preventing diffusion of dust particles, into a space, occurring when a movable body disposed therein moves. SOLUTION: A storage warehouse facility 10 includes: air conditioning means 30 for keeping predetermined cleanness in the space; a storage rack 22 for separating the space; and a movable body 40 provided with a crane 46 for transferring stored articles in and out of the storage rack 22 and a carriage 44. The carriage 44 and a traveling rail 48 are mounted in a return flow passage of the air conditioning means 30 which is under the floor of the space, and the crane 46 is provided to protrude into the space from an opening formed along the transfer direction of the movable body 40.
