PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the field of terminals for communication devices, there is a tendency that a flight of radio wave is tried to be extended as long as possible in development steps of these terminal devices but that it may be possible, as an evil thereof, to incur a malfunction from these terminals or to give nuisance to the periphery and the outside or to give damage in health or uneasiness in human body caused by radio interference due to electromagnetic waves of these communication devices. SOLUTION: For a cellular phone body that is a transmission source of electromagnetic waves or a transmitting/receiving apparatus such as a terminal communication device, a protection case or protection bag is finished with a material, such as an electromagnetic wave attenuation material for protection and malfunction prevention, constituting its inner surface side of a reflection system material appropriately attenuating weak radio waves and constituting its outer surface side of a light-resistive resin or synthetic material immune to wind and rain or sunlight. A communication terminal device is mounted in the protection case or protection bag, thereby providing means capable of eliminating uneasiness about the influence, upon a human body, caused by radio wave interference or the like, and capable of preventing a malfunction or information leakage.
