PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit capable of performing the temperature compensation of a gain, even in the high-temperature region of a circuit for treating a high-frequency signal. SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit has a bias circuit BC1 to output a bias current; and a transistor Tr1 with a collector connected to a power terminal, with an emitter grounded to an earth line, and with the bias current supplied to a base. The bias current has a current value increasing in proportion to an absolute temperature in a low temperature region until it gets to a predetermined temperature, and the current value increasing with much higher level than the current value proportional to the absolute temperature in a high temperature region equal to or greater than the predetermined temperature.
