PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer bushing cleaning device in which a polymer bushing cannot be easily damaged while sufficient detergency is obtained in a cleaning device which cleans a polymer bushing by spraying wash water. SOLUTION: The polymer bushing cleaning device 1 includes: a spray nozzle 2 which can spray wash water W to the external surface of a polymer bushing B; and a water service pipe 3 which is connected with the spray nozzle 2 and supplies the wash water W to the spray nozzle 2, wherein the spray nozzle 2 and the water service pipe 3 mainly consist of an insulating material.
