PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front structure of an automobile effectively transmitting a pulling force of a crane hook to a vehicle component, thereby improving a peeling ability of a bumper. SOLUTION: The front structure of the automobile includes a face body 2 formed with an opening portion 22, and a bumper face 1 that is attached to the opening portion 22 of the face body 2 and has a grill 3 formed with a first opening portion 32 having a predetermined size or larger. A lower part of the bumper face 1 is fixed to a vehicle component. The grill 3 is provided with an extending portion 36 extending below the first opening portion 32. A lower part of the face body 2 is fixed to the grill 3, and a lower part of the grill 3 is fixed to an under cover 8, serving as a vehicle component, over the entire width in the vehicle width direction.
