Disclosed is an unstretched film or sheet having excellent antistatic properties and transparency. Also disclosed are a resin composition used for producing the unstretched film or sheet, and a potassium ionomer contained in the composition. Specifically disclosed is a potassium ionomer of a polymer or polymer composition which contains (a) 30-60% by weight of an ethylene unit, (b) 30-60% by weight of a propylene unit, (c) 2-10% by weight of a butene unit, (d) 0-10% by weight of a (meth)acrylate unit and (e) 5-15% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid unit (with the total of the component units (a)-(e) being 100% by weight). The potassium ionomer has a potassium ion density within the range of 0.5-1.5 mmol/g.
