A method and a system of enhancing an immersive feeling for video sequence displaying are provided to have a larger immersive feeling as a display size gets larger, thereby having a larger favorable feeling. A system of enhancing an immersive feeling for video sequence displaying comprises a foreground image checking unit, a foreground image feature extracting unit, a comparison threshold checking unit and an immersive feeling improvement processing unit. The foreground image checking unit checks a foreground image at every frame of an input image(S102). The foreground image feature extracting unit extracts a feature of the foreground image(S103). The comparison threshold checking unit checks threshold based on a feature of a foreground image. The immersive feeling improvement processing unit processes an immersive feeling of the input image based on the feature of the foreground image or comparison threshold.
