A system for an electronic-based market is disclosed. The system operates on a model where a trader is designated to enter contracts on behalf of a subscriber. See figure 13. Subscriber assets are plced in an account associated with trades initiated by the trader. Offsetting, clearing, default and margin protocols are included to mutualize risk of subscriber default (340).
