A mounting device is provided to minimize that operator gets hurt by broadening the collision absorbing area of the engine room inside, therefore the impact of vehicle performance and safety are improved. A mounting device comprises the subframe(100) formed in the front of vehicle; the power train(200) which the prescribed distance is separated from subframe and is located; the mounting portion(300) in which one side is inserted into subframe; and the bolt(400) screwing the power train and mounting portion. The front of the power train, the settling portion(210) of the circular groove shape is formed, and the other side of the mounting portion is located in the settling portion of the power train.
