PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe a treatment object site even in a situation where an obstacle is present on a path for passing ultrasonic wave for observing a living body, to the treatment object site. SOLUTION: A two-dimensional ultrasonic probe 2 is fixed to and integrated with the center of an applicator 1 so as to observe the path for passing the treatment ultrasonic wave. On the other hand, a two-dimensional ultrasonic probe 3 is constituted as a separate body from the applicator 1 and is freely moved so that an operator can observe a portion which the two-dimensional ultrasonic probe 2 cannot observe.
