PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a twisted wire, which can limit variations of impedance and improve yields. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the twisted wire is characterized in that one end of each of a pair of wires is independently grasped, its end is bound around a central axis line of the wire, and another end of the wire is fixated while the above one end of the pair of wires is twisted in a left or right direction.
